Amberley Publishing was established in 2008 and is a leading publisher of local and specialist history books. They have a catalogue of c.2000 titles including print and e-books across many subject areas such as transport, industry, general history, sport, military and niche specialist interests. They are based in Stroud, Gloucestershire
Having invested in a new website they were keen to increase sales of printed books and e-books via their own digital channels. They were also interested in using social media to help communicate with existing and potential customers and ultimately drive more sales over the short and long term.
We developed a Facebook advertising campaign utilising the very strong targeting capabilities available within this medium. These include the ability to target potential customers by a variety of demographical and geographic criteria.
Early results have been extremely encouraging
